Male buyer: 6% of agreement value. Female buyer: 5% (1% concession). Joint (male+female): 5.5%.

• Municipal area: 6% male, 5% female
• LPA (Local Planning Authority): 5%
• Gram Panchayat: 3%
• Registration fee: 1% (max ₹30,000)

Payment process

Pay online via IGR Maharashtra portal or at sub-registrar office. Slot booking mandatory. Documents must be registered within 4 months of execution.
